What is the best way to house train a puppy in an apartment? And what is the best “dog potty”?
I have a 10 week old french bulldog puppy. I am away for 4-5 hours but I have made a pen for him with a crate/bed, some newspaper, toys and water. He goes quite often on the newspaper, but misses sometimes. Is there a better potty system where his paws don’t get all wet with pee?
