
Ongoing training programs under RGMVP
RGMVP ' annual training plan aimed at strengthening the capacity and institutions for the poor in its mission area. Training programs are held regularly throughout the year for groups and needs specific.
Community Learning Centres for teacher training
Training for 18 teachers from nine community learning centers in nine villages began on March 27 and 28 and was conducted by facilitators and Prajayatna Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, a training organization based in Mysore. Saath Saath-training program

Members of the group-level training
This training program is organized for members of self-help groups by the facilitators and the PCR in a month of forming SHGs. Until now (December 2008), 11 548 have formed self-help groups.
Paper Maintenance Training
This training program is designed to allow members of SHGs to maintain books accounting as the cash book, ledger, balance and track record in accordance with standard procedure. Volunteering in the Community and the field officer to identify women each support group and enable them to understand the accounting process. In December 2008, 5350 SHGs formed and keep its books of accounts themselves.
cluster level Training Association
This training program three days is specially organized for all support groups that are members of a VO Gram Panchayat level. The aim is to introduce the concept and importance of the VO. The first day, all members of SHGs are formed on the second day as a general representative body (two members from each SHG) to participate and the third day, only the Executive Committee participates training in management and operation of the VO. In December 2008, 362 village organizations have been subjected to such training.
In Blocks Training Association
Mission organizes training programs for BOS on various topics such as sex, insurance, Bo sustainability, the role of the BO. These sessions are organized by guest experts like Dr. Vijaya Bharathi (a World Bank consultant and advisor RGMVP), or the State Coordinator of Gender, SERP. In December 2008, four training programs were organized and trained a total of 10 mobile units.
Training PCR and internal project staff in the seven stages of the reduction strategy
Learning from successful initiatives to reduce poverty through the model group and institutional self SAPAP that UNDP and Indira Kranti patham, the Mission has developed a strategy for poverty reduction with a seven-step process. The mission has been organizing trips for exposure control heads and branch managers of the various banking institutions in the Mission area. In December 2008, two batches of the branch managers and a lot of control head were exposed.

Block-level awareness and training
The training sessions are organized at block level the self-help group leaders and members of the seven best practices of SHGs, SHG linkages with banks, MCP on the basis of inclusion Financial Total (TFI) and income-generating activities (IGA). Gardening workshops, Established Vermi Compost Gardening and Square Foot
